Other people treat us the way that we treat ourselves. If we don’t feel that we deserve the best, why should anyone give us that? I was shopping yesterday and saw these beautiful snow peas! Now I had this idea of what to spend yesterday. It would mean spending more. And then I thought, “Why don’t I get that? I deserve the best!” I enjoyed them last night and for lunch today.

Anything that makes us happy & healthier is for our best. Do something today that tell ourselves that we’re worth it. #loreal got it right. “You’re worth it.”
