Jude M. King, PhD Brilliant post and SO true! We convince ourselves that we cannot do it and so that becomes true (for us). Perversely, we may believe that OTHER people can do it. Just not us! Call that self-sabotage, limiting beliefs… they need to be abandoned! What happened to us in the past, is just that. Past. Gone and begone!

Ancestral, cultural programming can trip us up as well. “We don’t do THAT in our family.” Or if you hit an income ceiling it could be that you believe that it’s wicked, it’s a sin… to earn more money than your RELATIVES! What a silly idea! Let’s get rid of all such stupid ideas so that we can rise up to the Next level!
