We can be exhausted by the number of choices we make every day. What to wear? Makeup. Color Lipstick? Guys: what shirt, tie, socks. Don’t forget the shoes!

At work, more choices: emails, meetings, people to call (or not to call).

When we consciously #choose to be with someone, it’s an amazing gift! To them and to ourselves.

It’s a bit of a game really. We can just as easily un-choose someone. Towards the end of a relationship, we suddenly wake up and decide. “That’s it! I’m done.” Devastating or cathartic. You choose the meaning.

So please hug the one you’re with. And tell them that you’re there with them because you love them.
