Thanks for sharing Anne! Fascinating look into Winnie’s growth. Getting that first 100K active users is not easy. And keeping them afterwards.

I heard that most app users fall off dramatically after the first few days (usually the gaming ones I believe). Since your app is a very functional & helpful app for parents and toddlers, you can expand your reach like you said by appealing to day care and pre-schoolers.

If parents like your app, they’re more likely to share it with their friends and mother’s groups. Organic growth. You’re right about In-Person Marketing events. It’s like the people I see in shopping centres hawking their companies services. It’s more efficient to use online marketing & facebook ads to reach out to your target market.
