Expand: When we feel powerful & confident, we work to improve our lives. This could mean more assets, income, friends, a bigger business.

Shrink: When we lose our job, not sure how to pay our rent/mortgage. Every obstacle is a heavy stone, dragging us down. Quicksand.

To put one foot in front of the other in challenging times requires strength. We humble ourselves to ask for help. We go deep within to find answers. To find the divine. God. Source.

Then we dig ourselves out of the hole or a friend gives us a hand up. We rebuild our lives. Whatever doesn’t kill us, will make us stronger.

Everything is energy. Take care to protect your energy. When it’s high, the problems of your past shall fade away. Those ‘dramas' are attracted to lower vibrations. You will attract better & more enjoyable experiences from a higher vibration.

David Wilcock & Corey Goode on gaia dot com said that “The Alliance” is fighting to bring down the Globalists. The best thing we can do is to choose us. Choose #freedom.
