You’re right Burak. I went to a seminar and was told that the 21 days is only a number. It’s usually faster to make a change. Like 14 days to form a new habit.
Sure we can decide to stop an annoying habit in an instant. Getting it to stick could take longer. Commitment to it will be tested. When we pass the test, our new habit will become stronger. Until we can ignore the temptation to do it again.
Letting go releases stuck energy and creates space for new possibilities! Thanks for writing!
